Spike Gilley at Abbey Flooring in Elk Grove sold us our shutters.  He is an amazing human being!  Trust worthy, professional, calm, and someone you feel completely comfortable with entering your home.  It took him a short amount of time to finish the measurements and he gave us a quote the next day.  Nick,  the installer is another great guy who I felt completely comfortable with the moment I met him.  The shutters look phenomenal and have given our home a more modern look with more privacy, sunlight and darkness when need be.  Great investment and great price!
